Hello I'm back!
At my exchange partner Nicole's house, my access to a laptop is really limited, that's why I didn't write a lot of blog articles.
Today I'm going to talk about Canada's Wonderland. This is a huge theme park located approximately 40 kilometers north of downtown Toronto.
Nicole, who lives 50 minutes away from it and loves rollercoaster rides, has a season's gold pass, and she goes there at least 5 times a year.
When she learned I loved that too, her mother bought me the same card, and since I'm here I've already been to Canada's Wonderland three times.
The two first times were during summer, so we went to the water park. Which was so cool and scary!
During Halloween's month: October, Canada's wonderland is dedicated to horror: It's called Halloween haunt
For Thanksgiving, we had a four day weekend, from Friday the 11th to Monday the 14th, and Nicole and I decided to go to see the horror-themed park on Friday.
Actors from the park came from nowhere to surprise you and make you scream: this makes you feel very stressed and paranoid but it's a great experience.
You can walk through a lot of diverse haunted houses, scarier ones than the others, that is so cool!
I don't have any pictures of them, because it's really dark at night in there, but I do have a video of the park and its cool decorations.
In Canada's Wonderland, I tried one of the best things I've ever had: a beavertail. Of course, it's food and not meat, it's fried dough with chocolate, peanut butter, and other toppings like that. It is super sweet and after eating a full beavertail, you can't eat for at least a day!
